My Merry Morning

NL: Bij een city trip hoort natuurlijk ook het nodige shoppen ;) En zo heb ik in Londen ook het een en ander gekocht. Ik moet zeggen dat ik me netjes heb ingehouden en zelfs de French Wardrobe regels niet heb overtreden. Dat de pond nu zo duur is hielp natuurlijk ook wel mee maar ik had behoorlijk gespaard dus het had 'erger' gekund haha~

ENG: When I think of city trips I also think of shopping ;) And so that is one of the things Isabelle and I did during my two days in London. I have to say that I did some fair shopping, not too much and only things that I really wanted. I didn't even break the rules of the French Wardrobe System. That the pound was so expensive was also a factor but I did some savings beforhand so it could have been 'worse' haha~


 Ik heb redelijk lang in de Victoria's Secret winkel rondgelopen op zoek naar de body lotions die ik maar niet kon vinden. Uiteindelijk bleek dat de verpakking was veranderd en ze gewoon op de eerste verdieping stonden waar ik al drie keer langsgelopen was haha. Toch ging ik uiteindelijk niet met een bodylotion naar huis, waarom weet ik eigenlijk niet precies maar mijn oog viel op dit pyjama setje en ik was meteen verkocht. De stof is zo zacht en de lace details vind ik geweldig <3

I walked around the VS store for a lonnggg time because I was looking for the body lotion which, apparently, have a new package and shape so I didn't recognise them. When I finally found out about the new package I had already walked passed them three times haha. Eventually I didn't even go home with a body lotion, I don't really know why, but my eye caught this pyjama and I was sold. The fabric is so soft and I loveee the lace details <3
 Bij Topshop kocht ik deze twee paar oorbellen. Ik draag de laatste tijd vrijwel altijd dezelfde oorbellen omdat ik voor werk geen hangers in mag. Deze oorbellen zijn elegant en toch wat speciaaler dan gewoon knopjes :) De lippen balsem met het Pug hondje kocht ik in een winkeltje in de wijk Angel. Door de kou gingen mijn lippen kapot dus ik was blij dat ik de lippen balsem had gevonden.

At Topshop I bought these two pares of earrings. I almost always wear the same earrings because for work I'm not allowed to wear big earrings. These two are elegant and still more special than just regular pearls or anything :) The lipbalm I had bought in a small store in the district called Angel. My lips got ichy because of the cold so I was happy to find this cute lip balm. 
En last but not least; nieuwe schoenen! :D Eigenlijk had ik met mezelf afgesproken dat ik deze winter geen nieuwe schoenen zou aanschaffen maar ik liep al een tijdje met dit soort schoenen in gedachten rond, dus toen ik ze in Selfridges zag staan kon ik de verleiding echt niet weerstaan.

And last but not least; new shoes! :D I actualy plannend not to buy new shoes this winter but these kind of shoes were on my mind for some time now, so when I saw them in Selfridges I just couldn't resist.
