My Merry Morning

 Dit is de outfit die ik droeg toen ik mijn verjaardag vierde voor vriendinnen in Maastricht. Ik kreeg allemaal lieve reacties op het artikel over het cafeetje Taart, maar ik merkte ook dat ik voor wat verwarring had gezorgd. Sommige mensen dachten namelijk dat ze mijn verjaardag waren vergeten en dat ik die vrijdag ook echt jarig was, maar dat is niet het geval :P Ik ben namelijk vandaag (29-7) pas echt jarig haha~ Ik ben nu 22 jaar, pfew wat een leeftijd alweer hahaha! Nee ik vind het niet erg dat ik 22 ben geworden. Ik denk/hoop dat mijn 23ste levensjaar veel moois gaat brengen en dat mij weer veel veranderingen (op positieve manier) te wachten staan. Ik begin natuurlijk met Parijs en 2 toffe festivals, maar ook hoop ik een leuke stage te vinden, af te studeren en met Maikel te gaan samenwonen. En wie weet wat dit levensjaar mij allemaal nog meer gaat brengen :D

I got some very sweet comments on the article of the high tea, but I also noticed that I brought confusion to some of you. Some people thought that last friday was my actual birthday and some other people even thought that they had forgotten to congratulate me, but this is not the case! :P Because my real birthday is today (29-7) haha~ Today I turned 22, pfew what a number right? hahaha! No I'm just kidding, I'm not sad about turning 22 at all. I hope/think that my 23rd year of life will bring many beautiful things and that new doors will open up for me. Of course my 23rd year of life will start with that trip to Paris and attending two festivals, but I also hope to find a fun internship, that I'll graduate from collage and that I'll be able to move in with my boyfriend. And who knows what else this year will bring :D

Voor het festival van komend weekend wilde ik nog graag een hoed hebben. Bij de Primark vond ik deze voor 8 euro. Het patroontje op de rand vind ik erg leuk :)

For the festival that I will attend upcoming weekend, I wanted a black hat to finish my outfit. I found the perfect one at the Primark for 8 euros. The design makes it more than just a black hat and I really like that :)

 Voor werk zocht ik een extra zwart rokje en vond bij H&M deze met omslag design. Het is weer eens wat anders dan gewoon het recht-toe-recht-aan rokje dat ik normaal heb. Het grijze rokje heb ik van iemand overgekocht op Depop voor 8 euro. Hij kruipt helaas wel snel omhoog, maar voor een zit evenement kan het wel haha!

I wanted another black skirt for work and found this one at Primark. It has a side wrap design which I like. The grey skirt I got from Depop for 8 euros. Unfortunately it's a bit short but I guess it will do for sit down events haha! 

 De primark is echt perfect voor last minute aankopen. Voor het festival wilde namelijk niet riskeren dat één van mijn mooie tasjes vies zou worden of kapot zou gaan. Dus kocht ik voor 6 euro dit tasje :)

I love the Primark for it's cheap items. Perfect for parties were you don't want to risk expensive clothes. I also didn't want to risk my little bags and bought this one for 6 euros. 

 Dit schattige blouseje komt ook van de Primark (13 euro). Ik ben er nog niet helemaal zeker van maar waarschijnlijk wordt dit een onderdeel van mijn festival outfit :)

 Van Dresslink kreeg ik dit topje als onderdeel van onze samenwerking. Ik vind het erg schattig. Morgen komt er een outfit met dit topje online! 

From the collaboration with Dresslink I got to chose 2 things from their site and I ended up with this cute top. Tomorrow I will post an outfit with it, so stay tuned! 

 Dit shirtje hebben jullie al eens gezien, namelijk in een outfit post een paar dagen geleden :) Het is ook van Dresslink. Het shirt is makkelijk te combineren en de stippen maken het wat speelser dan gewoon een zwart shirt. 

You have already seen this shirt in an outfit a few days ago! :) It's also from Dresslink. I like it because it's very easy to combine and the dots make it a bit more special than just a black shirt.

Voor Parijs wilde ik heel graag nog een jurkje met streepjes hebben en ik vond deze bij de H&M voor 15 euro! Hij past heel mooi en ik kan niet wachten om hem komende week te dragen~

For Paris I really wanted a striped dress and I found the perfect one at H&M for 15 euros! It fits really nice and I can't wait to wear it next week~

Dan nu over de outfit; afgelopen vrijdag kreeg ik mijn bestelling van Dresslink binnen. Ik mocht voor onze samenwerking wat uitzoeken uit de webshop en ik heb 2 zomerse shirtjes gekozen. In deze outfit draag ik daar één van. Dit zwarte shirtje met stippen vind ik erg schattig en hij zit heerlijk. Het materiaal is heel zacht en schijnt niet door dus in de zomer kan je er makkelijk alleen een bh onder dragen. Het shirtje kan eigenlijk het hele jaar door wel gedragen worden. Het is bijvoorbeeld ook leuk om het te combineren met een rokje en hakken voor een feestje :) 

Het maken van de foto's vond ik lastig dit keer, het is zo grijs buiten dat het moeilijk was om goeie kwaliteit foto's te maken. De setting is ook niet erg gezellig haha! Naja, volgende keer beter~
